Are my drawings stored on your servers?
No. Your drawing files are never stored. They are rendered to an image, analyzed by AI, then immediately discarded. We store only your findings and metadata.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your account stays active and you can view past reviews. Simply purchase more credits to run new reviews.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Credits never expire, so they'll always be there when you need them. If you have an issue with a review, contact us and we'll make it right.
Which drawing standards do you support?
Redprint is based on ASME Y14.5-2018 (GD&T), Y14.100-2017, Y14.36-2018, and Y14.35-2014. ISO GPS concepts are also covered.
