Redprint provides an AI-powered drawing review service that analyzes technical engineering drawings for GD&T compliance against ASME Y14.5-2018 and related standards including Y14.100, Y14.36, and Y14.35. The service is provided on a pay-per-use credit basis with no subscription required.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use the service to process drawings on behalf of third parties without their consent. You may not use the service to process drawings that you do not have the right to review.
Credits are purchased in advance and one credit is deducted per completed review. Credits do not expire. If a review fails due to a system error on our side, your credit is automatically refunded. Credits are non-refundable once a review has been successfully completed and results delivered. Prices are in USD and subject to change. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
Your drawings remain your property. We make no claim to ownership of any content you upload. Your drawing files are processed in memory and immediately discarded — they are never stored on our servers. The compliance reports generated by Redprint are yours to use, share, and distribute freely. The Redprint name, logo, and software are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
Redprint is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our AI-powered review is designed to assist qualified engineers — it is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. We do not warrant that the review will identify every error in your drawing, that the analysis will be free of errors or inaccuracies, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Users are responsible for verifying findings and applying professional judgment before making design or fabrication decisions based on Redprint output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to costs of fabrication errors, manufacturing defects, or delays. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may not use Redprint to process classified or export-controlled technical data without appropriate authorization, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or analysis methods, submit drawings for the purpose of scraping or extracting training data, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time directly from your Account page using the Delete Account button. This will permanently delete your account, all reviews, all findings, and any remaining credits. We recommend using the Export My Data feature before deleting to retain a copy of your data. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
